ABOUT THE MANAGING DIRECTOR

Magana Mungai

Dynamic People Consulting came to being when Magana Mungai recognized a gap in the market for customized human resource services. 

Magana studied and trained in the United States as an Industrial / Organizational Psychologist and has vast experience working in a variety of industries. To get a more rounded experience, her spheres of experience include projects conducted in government, NGOs, aviation, utility and energy and education industries amongst others. 

Magana has a Masters degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore in Maryland, USA.  After completing her studies, she worked in the United States for several years in the field of Industrial/Organizational Psychology where she was able to gain invaluable experience.  Upon returning to Nairobi, she worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Nairobi, before starting her own practice Dynamic People Consulting. 

Magana is also a lecturer at the United States International University (USIU) where she teaches courses in Industrial / Organizational Psychology.
